The lockdown restrictions for Covid resulted in an unprecedented acceleration in the uptake of eCommerce. JJ Roofing recognised the need to move to a best-in-class eCommerce website with low friction user journeys, simple checkout process and personalisation for more unique shopping experience.

Jackson’s Art Supplies chose Xigen to fully redesign the mobile layouts off their site to improve their user experience across all devices, reduce bounce rates and open up new revenue streams in the UK and across other countries. Focus was given to primary customer journeys such as categories, products, basket & checkout. Epson wanted to move to a new modern CMS platform to handle the content and improve the customer engagement experience, for the UK website and across 40 locales. Xigen took part in several training sessions in collaboration with Epson producing fully designed page layouts to achieve sign off for the English pages, before transcreation. 1000’s of pages were created ensuring all were fit for SEO along with 18 components for the new CMS platform – Amplience.
The team consisted of developers, 4 digital marketing assistants, 4 designers, 3 QA testers and the PM team working on the project using sprint schedules & daily Kanban board updates, with the management team supporting throughout.
