We helped Apttus develop and maintain microsites for various regions.
These regions included: France, Germany, Mexico (Spanish),Brazil (Portuguese) and Japan.
Goals included:
- Copydeck creation, translation and website localisation.
- Voiceover recording and video localisation.
- Multilingual DTP for various whitepapers and datasheets.
- Improvement of client and user experience, e.g. dynamic events sections, successful form submission, Honeypot spam prevention.
Challenge
The microsites were structured differently to the main .com site, however we needed to ensure continuity on all sides of the business.
It was important for us to keep consistency between the web pages with regard to company terminology and so we made use of translation software here. We created databases to store glossaries of terms and used translation memories to increase efficiency.

Success
Apttus were able to target audiences outside of the US and UK, increasing those customers’ confidence and trust in the brand by providing content in their native language.
