Founded in 1946, Mind is a charity which supports people with mental health problems. The charity provides people with information, offers local support services, and campaigns to improve the mental health system across England and Wales.

Website redesign

The challenge
MENA FCCG came to us looking to update its existing website. The organisation had used the same site design since it launched in 2016, and while it was perfectly functional, the website was starting to look tired.
The organisation wanted a site that it could show to practitioners and the wider banking community. The aim would be to highlight MENA FCCG’s credentials and promote itself as a thought leader, not just in the MENA region, but also across Europe.

A simple site, but one that stands out
The original site was in WordPress. We collectively agreed that WordPress was the best platform for MENA FCCG, as it was easy to update and could grow with the organisation.
Staying true to MENA FCCG’s original branding, we redesigned the website to make it more dynamic, adding new interactive sections including an anti-bribery and corruption dashboard.
As financial regulations can be complex, MENA FCCG wanted its new site to be simple to navigate and understand. We carried out rigorous testing to make sure the website was as easy to use and interact with as possible, both on desktop and mobile.
Eye-catching explainer videos, designed to drive enquiries
In addition to a website redesign, we put together a video that showcased what MENA FCCG did. Our video production team worked with MENA FCCG to create a two-minute video script, emphasising the negative impact of financial crime and how the organisation worked to combat it. We produced the video in both English and Arabic, with our transcreation team ensuring the Arabic version was accurate, impactful, and on-brand.
Conclusion
High-quality, functional websites aren’t just the remit of private businesses. Voluntary organisations need exceptional websites to showcase their mission statements and appeal to stakeholders.
MENA FCCG was delighted with its new website and videos. The organisation has been doing a lot of work recently, both in the MENA region and in Europe, and its website has been imperative in promoting its important message.
