Our interviews are held remotely at a time which suits the participant, therefore we’re unable to facilitate client involvement.
What if we can’t find the right participants?
If a suitable match isn’t available, we will not charge you. We only proceed once we’ve confirmed qualified participants that match your criteria.
Are the interviews remote or in-person?
All interviews are conducted remotely, making interviewee recruitment faster, cheaper and more flexible.
How many interviews do we need?
We’d suggest 3-5 interviews to identify core themes and validate assumptions. Niche B2B audiences may require fewer participants.
