How much does it cost to set up?

There are no setup fees for our Ignite eCommerce plans.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel your Ignite eCommerce account at any time.

Will I be tied into a contract?

Not if you don’t want to. You will need to sign for an initial 3-month period to cover the time spent by our team setting up your store. After that it rolls over to monthly payments with a 30-day notice period.

If I sign into a contract, will I get a discount?

Yes. If you choose a yearly plan you will receive a 10% discount. Two years gets you 20% off.

I have my own domain name. Can I use it?

Yes. You can use a domain name that you own.

Will I be charged for using additional bandwidth?

No. Our Ignite eCommerce packages have unlimited bandwidth and disk space.

Where will my webstore be hosted?

We are hosting specialists and will provide a secure, maintained server for your webstore.

Are you PCI compliant?

Yes. Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, so your webstore data and customer information is in safe hands.

What about transaction fees?

We don’t charge transaction fees.

What if I want to use third-party payments?

That’s fine. We support many third-party payment providers.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you’re free to export your product, customer, and order data at any time. Simply email us at ignite@xigen.co.uk and we’ll do the rest.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Although we recommend you give the venture a minimum term of 6 months to gain traction and prove a positive return on investment, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once your subscription is cancelled your store will be unavailable.
