Our expert team of web designers, developers and digital marketing professionals delve into the best and most original web design examples of this month.

Steven Mengin - Brochure Web Design

This Minimalist website caught the eye of our team providing a brochure/portfolio style layout. This sleek navigation provides a pleasant browsing experience for users to explore this website. Sometimes less is more. Yes, it's cliché, but it’s an upcoming trend in 2019. Steven Mengin provides a successful high profile brochure website example with related images and information being displayed only if the user chooses to read.

The sites dark and grey tones help ensure focus is maintained on the bold heading and the information is easily accessible.

TRUE Linkswear - Ecommerce Website

Here at Xigen, we love large hero’s which provide the users exactly what they want to see. TRUE Linkswear takes exhibiting their product to the next level with this simple homepage that provides a clear understanding of what the product is, how it looks, how to buy it and plenty of different call to actions throughout the page.

This site presents one approach used to highlight the products, including the most important selling points users would look for in order to convince them to make that conversion. The slide-ins as the user scrolls provides a less invasive feel as the user makes their way down the home page.

Amanda Martocchio Architecture - Brochure Web Design

This polished portfolio website provides class and sophistication with a high class feel to the sight. High definition images are something which really finishes off that high end perfect feel to a website. Amanda Martocchio Architecture took what could have been seen as an average architecture website to the next level by presenting elegant photos of previous work with detailed descriptions available to view if chosen to. By eliminating the 'force' to read the information on the site, it ensures the sleek feel is kept throughout.

Simply Chocolate - Ecommerce Website

This chocolate filled hyper-realistic website captures the taste buds of any user. Simply chocolate has taken an adventurous approach by enlarging their small, tasty chocolate bars, using macro photography and incorporating interaction. The background imagery and large image in the middle of the screen, makes this ecommerce site highly product focused, ensuring users become absorbed into the flavours they can offer you.

The large font usage on this site provides a finishing feel and helps the user to completely understand the product.

Panic - Brochure Website

It’s the boisterous colours and excitement of this web page which caught our eyes. This exciting website 'pops' to capture the audience’s attention due to its vibrant colours and maximised interactivity throughout the website.

Websites with highly illustrated designs such as Panic clearly portray a web designer skills and creative freedom. An intriguing use of quirky typography and lively imagery and colours makes the page engaging.

Our extensive design team has regular scheduled meetings to analysis the work of one another, along with showing the best website examples that have been discovered over the past week. If you'd like to find out more about our design approach or have a project in mind then please get in touch.
