How does it work?
Depending on the package you choose, we guarantee that your new eCommerce website will provide a return of 5x, 10x, 15x or 20x your initial investment in sales within the first 6 months.
If your store fails to do this we’ll cancel your contract and refund all of the fees charged by Xigen, no questions asked.
That sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?
No catch. All we ask is that you fund a moderate PPC marketing budget which we will manage on your behalf helping to ensure your new eCommerce store is a success.
Minimum Marketing Budget
Bronze – £200 Per Month
Silver – £500 Per Month
Gold – £1000 Per Month
Platinum – £1500 Per Month
In addition to the marketing budget, we ask that you allow us to lead the engagement helping you to promote the most relevant products.
Are there any additional fees?
If you would like us to manage your marketing budget we charge an industry-standard, 10% management fee. This is uncapped offering our expert guidance without having to have enormous budgets.
What's included in the refund?
We refund both the Ignite eCommerce fees and the 10% PPC management fees.
How and when do you measure for success?
We have regular monthly meetings and we will perform a total sales audit at month 6 to ensure your investment is performing as it should.
Will you refund the marketing costs?
As much as we would love to, these fees are payable directly to the advertisers (Google, Bing, Facebook etc.) and therefore we are unable to offer a refund on these costs.
How can you be sure of a return?
We will perform a suitability study during the first week to ensure that the products you wish to promote are suitable for sale online and that we are a good fit for you.
Should it be found that we’re not a good fit we will offer a full refund on the initial fees and do our best to point you in the right direction.
